Retrospective 2024

2024 has been an exceptional year for Pemba across various fronts. We secured four new platform partnerships for our flagship fund, supported our founders and management teams to scale up their companies through both organic initiatives and strategic bolt-on acquisitions. Additionally, we hosted numerous events and participated in various community activities.

Our incredible team of Pemba Sherpas has worked tirelessly to deliver outstanding outcomes. We are immensely proud to announce a record nine promotions within Pemba in 2024, celebrated in front of our partner companies at our annual year-end event. Huge congratulations to everyone!
