By partnering with SACARE, ONCALL has been able to expand its high-quality services to the disability sector interstate and increase its geographic reach into South Australia.
ABOUT SACARE
Founded in 1996, SACARE is a South Australian, family-owned and operated provider of unique supported accommodation and care services for people living with a complex disability. SACARE’s supported accommodation provides individuals with transitional, long-term or permanent options across several accommodation settings, including an architecturally designed purpose-built property in Salisbury which provides rehabilitation services and independent living featuring state-of-the-art technologies and individual private courtyards.
BACKGROUND TO PEMBA’S INVESTMENT
Pemba approached the Marshall family in October 2019 regarding a potential partnership with ONCALL and Pemba. Over several months Pemba and the Marshall family discussed the opportunity and the benefits of forming a partnership between two leading, high quality NDIS organisations. It was clear from these discussions that SACARE had established itself as a leading provider in South Australia with a reputation for the highest quality standards of care and high levels of engagement with its 700+ workforce and 250 clients.

The partnership with SACARE provides ONCALL with a significant presence in the South Australian market and leading capabilities in complex care for individuals in supported accommodation and in-home care. SACARE’s ambition to expand its services outside of South Australia is accelerated through the partnership with ONCALL given its presence in Victoria, Southeast Queensland and New South Wales. Pemba will continue to work closely with SACARE and ONCALL to grow organically and through select partnerships with other high quality organisations.
