ABOUT INFRACO
Founded in 2020, INFRACO is a UK-based specialist utilities and infrastructure consultancy led by Managing Director Andy Findlater. The business provides utilities management, project and program management, commercial management and delivery assurance services across the water, energy, environment and major infrastructure sectors. INFRACO has built a strong reputation for practical, client-focused delivery, supporting major infrastructure programs including Thames Tideway, Lower Thames Crossing, HS2 and East West Rail. Its experienced team and established client relationships provide a strong foundation for continued growth.
BACKGROUND TO THE PARTNERSHIP
Sequana’s expansion into the UK reflects its ambition to bring Australian water security and infrastructure expertise to a market facing significant investment and increasingly complex challenges. England and Wales’ AMP8 investment program represents more than £104 billion in planned water infrastructure expenditure between 2025 and 2030, creating substantial demand for specialist advisory and delivery capabilities. INFRACO’s established UK presence, strong client relationships and proven delivery experience complement Sequana’s expertise in water security, desalination, engineering and environmental advisory. This represents an important step in Sequana’s international growth strategy, strengthening its ability to support clients across major UK infrastructure programs.
