Pemba warmly welcomes Elle Solferini to the Originate team!
Elle joined Pemba Capital Partners in February 2023.
She joins us from Una Brands, APAC’s leading e-commerce aggregator headquartered in Singapore where she was the Senior M&A Lead. During this time, she led the origination, evaluation & negotiation of M&A transactions in the e-commerce and retail industry across ANZ, US & UK markets. Elle was also the Global Partnership Lead whereby she established and managed their global partnership function.
Prior, Elle was in the Executive Advisory & Leadership Consulting industry at Heidrick & Struggles International and Johnson Partners with a focus on both Technology and Financial Services.
Elle commenced her career with internships at global management consulting firm Q5.
