Oolio, a global provider of hospitality technology solutions, backed by Pemba, was seeking to grow their expertise in the NSW market. This strategic move marks a significant milestone and demonstrates Oolio’s commitment to the NSW Club and Pub sector enhancing industry knowledge and focusing on making positive contributions to the sector. Stephen Grosser, Managing Director of INFINITePOS, will join the Swiftpos leadership team as General Manager NSW and combined with the experienced INFINITePOS team, will strengthen Oolio’s presence in the region.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Stephen Grosser, along with his proven and acclaimed team bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise of the Club and Pub sector to Oolio. INFINITePOS is known throughout the industry for their exceptional support services and will complement the Swiftpos brand in NSW.
BACKGROUND TO PEMBA CAPITAL’S INVESTMENT
Pemba completed their maiden take-private from the ASX of MSL Solutions in February 2023, identifying strong operational and cultural synergies between the two businesses. The three core pillars to the investment strategy were to expand the installed user base in domestic and global markets, leverage native cloud solutions tailored to multi-site operators, and to drive further growth via an integrated payments offering. The combined group has become Australia’s market leader in hospitality Point of Sale technology.

Pemba will work closely with the INFINITePOS and Oolio management teams to ensure a seamless integration between the two businesses as they collaborate to provide quality technology offerings to the market.
