We’re pleased to welcome Paymon to the Pemba team.
He brings nearly two decades of experience across industry, consulting and private equity — from starting his career as a Chartered Engineer to leading a portfolio company as CEO and most recently serving as an Operating Partner at a mid-cap buyout fund.
Paymon has spent his career supporting management teams through meaningful change. He’s led value creation programs across industrials, services and healthcare, always with a focus on profitable, sustainable growth.
At Pemba, Paymon will work closely with our Partner companies from acquisition to exit, shaping and delivering value creation plans that help founders and teams grow with confidence. His mix of operational depth and board-level perspective is a strong addition to our Sherpa team, and we’re excited for the impact he’ll have across the portfolio.
