15th April 2022
Pemba Capital Partners, Lumia Care

Pemba Capital Partners partnered with Colbrow Care, Meditech Staffing, Kemp Recruitment, and Regal Health to establish the foundational group of Lumia Care. Former Healthcare Australia (HCA) CEO, Jason Cartwright, joined Lumia Care as the group CEO. By combining these nationwide businesses across nursing, home care, and disability services, Lumia Care aims to provide a comprehensive “one-stop-shop” for participants across all care settings. Within a supply-constrained market, the group leverages their staffing and recruitment expertise to deliver high-quality services in an efficient and timely manner.

THE DEAL

Pemba Capital Partners closely monitored high-quality providers in nursing, home care, and disability services. Their proprietary origination function facilitated strong relationships with these businesses and recognising the potential synergy, combined them to create a unique offering in the market. Leveraging their nursing and staffing capabilities, Lumia Care provide high-quality  direct care services in in-home care and disability markets nationwide while back-office support ensures operational efficiency, allowing greater focus on growth initiatives and client care.
