These are two cornerstone companies in Pemba’s new platform investment in diversified healthcare services to both the home care and disability sectors. The merger of the two businesses will focus on delivering high quality and timely services, servicing clients across a range of funding schemes, including home care packages, private payors and the NDIS.
The group will be led by Jason Cartwright as CEO, with Grant Edmunds as CFO, and the board chaired by Craig Rushton.
