Grace brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, spanning high-growth technology environments and complex defence programs. She has supported Advanced Navigation through critical funding rounds and driven operational performance at Partners in Performance—experience that reflects both strategic depth and execution discipline.
Her background as an Aerospace Engineer, including contributions to two of Australia’s most advanced war-fighting platforms, brings a rare combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen to our team.
